Description

RegIt is an ActiveX component that allows the user to register and unregister components that export the DllRegisterServer and DllUnregisterServer function. RegIt Places items in the Windows Shell namespace, which the user accesses by context menus.

Remarks

This component also exposed a COM interface that allows the user to register and unregister components programmatically.

This component places two menu items in the Shells context menu whenever a users right-clicks on a DLL file or an OCX file. 

Uses for this component include

• Regstering multiple COM objects at a single time, either through its programmatic interface or by way of the Windows Shell Context Menus.
• Unregistering multipleCOM objectsobjects at a single time, either through its programmatic interface or by way of the Windows Shell Context Menus.
